Terms in plain English.

These Terms apply when you use this website, contact us, or engage Quantum Flow Automation for any service. They sit alongside the specific Statement of Work or contract we sign with each client — where the two conflict, the signed contract wins.

We install AI Operating Systems for UK-based small and mid-sized businesses: building the system, training your team to use it, and running it with you in partnership. Pricing, scope, deliverables, and timelines are defined per engagement in a signed Statement of Work. Nothing on this site is a contractual offer.

Discovery calls booked via Calendly are free, 30 minutes, and have no obligation. We may decline to take an engagement on at our discretion — for instance if there's a clear conflict, the work isn't a fit, or capacity is full.

AI systems we install generate text, summaries, drafts, and decisions on your behalf. These are tools — they're not infallible. You remain responsible for reviewing material that goes to clients, makes financial commitments, or interacts with regulated systems. We design the safeguards, you set the policies. We'll always tell you which workflows are autonomous and which require a human-in-the-loop.

Original code, configurations, prompts, and workflow designs we build for you become yours on full payment, as set out in your Statement of Work. The underlying frameworks, libraries, and our internal AI OS Library tooling remain ours. You don't get a license to resell what we build to a third party as a packaged product without a separate written agreement.

Anything you tell us in a discovery call, in writing, or during an engagement is confidential by default. We'll sign a separate NDA on request. We won't use your name or logo as a reference without permission.

We're a small business and we work hard to do our work properly. To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, our total liability for any single engagement is capped at the fees paid for that engagement in the 12 months prior to the issue arising. We exclude liability for indirect or consequential losses (lost profits, lost data, business interruption). Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or anything that can't be limited by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

We update these Terms when our services or legal obligations change. The current version is always at this URL with a fresh "last updated" date.
